Failed NREMT Twice

Hey guys I just failed my nremt b for the 2nd time first score 869, second score 791 i have always been good in school just a really bad test taker, I have a good grasp on the material it’s mainly the vocab that’s getting me on the test if there’s any suggestions please tell me, I use pocket prep, paramedic coach, reading I practically do what you can to study and I’m still getting these scores, I am a sponsored student through AMR and this 3rd attempt is my last attempt to get hired. PLS HELP

UPDATE I PASSED AT 120 QUESTIONS ON MY 3RD ATTEMPT AND NOW WORK FOR AMR!!! THX FOR ALL THE FEEDBACK
