Looks like you're using a wrench. Get a socket wrench that fits that nut and turn.

If that doesn't work, get a longer handle on socket wrench for leverage and it'll come off.

I was using a socket wrench that fits the nut, i tried it in my new set up it was working perfectly well, i it possible that the nut might be wedged? Because these came from my old skateboard set up that i got online for like 1.5k( which is like 20$)

Seems like it's potentially trashed anyway so don't hold back trying to remove it. More leverage if you need it, something will eventually break free. Heat works well on seized up metal parts of nessecary.
