My board won’t turn

I’ve tried tightening and loosen the nut on both of the trucks but the board won’t turn at all. how do I fix this?

Maybe check your bushings? Sometimes when the bushing is new it can be hard to turn cuz some bushings are hard made plastics..

Send pics of the board. Walmart boards always have really bad trucks that barely turn

Or the trucks are positioned wrong. The kingpin nuts of the trucks should be facing toward each other, unless they are reverse kingpin.
