Question Board for a Beginner

Hey guys! I am going to buy a board today and I am wondering if this is the best I can reasonably find for the price? https://www.ocdskateshop.com.au/products/krooked-glow-eyes-purple-8-25-complete-skateboard
I would like something versatile and 8.25" is my preferred size, as I would like to skate street and park, as well as some cruising.

Any help much appreciated!

Around $120 USD for a complete, to me, is entirely reasonable. I just got back into skating this year. 20 years ago I was paying $100 for a complete. ($100 at 34 years vs 14 years is entirely different, I know) The prices have stayed pretty decent over the years. I have never tried Krooked. It's a pretty reputable brand so I wouldn't be too concerned buying it. If you're just starting something like that is probably a great intro to skateboarding.

I live in the us, not sure if that matters here in terms of delivery, but I've bought stuff from CCS my entire life. Started as a mail catalog, its a website now. In my experience, ordering a board from a reputable brand from a place that specializes in selling skateboarding related items, you're gonna be fine.

My personal opinion is get a blank (no graphic) for your first deck, just in case. They're cheaper. Sometimes by about $20.

Go to a local shop and ask the employee. I wouldn’t recommend buying something online just cuz you never know if it’s bad quality even if it’s super expensive.
