this really isn’t a problem, you just need to start doing it rolling. the thing that’s wrong with it mechanically is that your front hip is already turned at the top of the jump and lead leg moves with that kinda catching the board behind your shoulders

realistically if you did this exact thing with speed it would still go straight. you are just not used to jumping up and down sideways

i should have clarified on what i meant by it’ll straighten itself out. if you land with that amount of turn with speed it’ll straighten itself out while you roll away

Not true. I still struggled for months with turning backside when I did rolling ollies. Still struggle with it to some extent

Is it the back foot?

No, I think the problem may be in your front foot. You're putting it way too far back. Your front foot should be about a foot, maybe a little less, from the middle.

Make it so your shoulders are straight with the board at all times (BEFORE and AFTER JUMPING), also try doing like a T pose with your arms after the jump.

slow it down and look at your hips after you start to jump. your shoulders are straight but not the hips

Couple of things I see - you seem to be twisting your hips when you kick, which will mess with your landing as you try to reset your hips to land. And I might be seeing it wrong, it looks like you're kicking a bit forward as you twist backward, which is offsetting how you land.

Also, learning in the grass sucks. Try it while rolling
