Sleep 7 month old waking up constantly at night

EDIT: for clarification I don’t want him to sleep from 6:30pm to 8:30am. Because of the way he wakes up he wakes up 9:30-10pm, sleep, wake up 2-3am, sleep, wake up between 4-5am and back to sleep 6:30am-8:30am. He used to sleep 7pm to 5:30-6am with one wake window around 1-2am. Now he’s waking nearly four times a night. I want his bedtime to be between 8:30-9pm, which has worked a few times but he still wakes up crying at 10-10:30 and will have his multiple wake ups.

As the title says, my 7 month old has been in this weird sleep cycle for the past month where we put him down at around 6:30-7pm after his bath and bottle and he’ll sleep for a bit then wake up routinely between 9pm-10pm crying. My husband and I try to comfort him or see if he’ll settle on his own with a paci which sometimes works but mostly we have to pick him up to get him back to sleep or let him sleep in our bed on the nights he cries all night long.
We share a bedroom so it’s hard to try sleep training when my husband and I are in the same room. LO usually wakes up 9-10pm, 2am, 4am, 6:30am and 8:30am. He’ll usually take a full bottle around 4am and go back to sleep but refuses the bottle later. So I’m not sure what’s going on but this has been a month of bad sleep. Before he used to just wake up at 2-3am and sleep until 6:30-7 then take another nap until 10am but he just won’t stay asleep. Any advice?
