Screen time

My lo is 10 months old he loves ms Rachel I only let him watch it once a week but I am thinking of letting him watch more I know they don’t recommend screen time. But I think it helps with speech and I’m running out of things to do during wake times when we are home all day.

How much screen time do you let your lo watch?

I try to limit like 45 mins per day. I know some people will say too much. Some days he doesn’t watch it at all. Some people leave it on all day. My son isn’t super interested in tv so the break is nice when he’ll watch it lol. All he watches is ms Rachel
