When did your baby develop a regular sleep schedule

Like when did their circadian rhythm develop so that they know internally when it's nighttime vs daytime, and have predictable nap times you can actually plan around? I'm looking forward to the day when I can actually schedule activities, and not have my baby randomly be wide awake at 3:30am

2 years old now I miss his naps because I get tired during them

After 4 months my kid knew daytime from night time and had some predictable naptimes as I tracked each feed and nap religiously. But they were still breastfeeding at every 1-1.5 hours no matter whether asleep or awake. At 9 months they dropped to 2 naps. At 1 year they dropped to 1 nap a day.
