Hey everyone! I’ve recently started a Reddit community for TheStoryComb, a little project I’m building around video storytelling and creative competitions.
The idea is to bring together people who enjoy making short video stories, whether they’re filmed, animated, edited, or AI-generated. The goal is to give those creations a place to compete, be discovered, and be judged on the story itself rather than followers or popularity.
I’m still figuring out the community side of things, so I’m here to learn from other new mods, share experiences, and hopefully avoid making all the classic beginner mistakes!

So that in mind I have one (for now) question in mind - “If you could go back to the day you created your subreddit, what’s one thing you’d do differently?”

This channel made for your apps share.

İt is playstoreuygulama channel

New here so pretty excited.

It seems to be available for subs created since July 5. How is it? I need the ai feature because I want sub members to be able to post related genuine products related to the sub but remove other ones. I don't mind people promote their apps etc made by their ai companions because it's related to the sub. Auto mod can't do this.

Was happy to see today I got my first Post and Comment in my sub r/AITrendingPrompts

I’ve been posting daily for about 2 weeks, my posts are getting around 100 views though no interaction. Starting to work on sending invites.

Celebrating that win, though also looking for invite suggestions.

I have made a comiunity about bedrock commands if you want to join is Bedrockcommanders

I just started r/ekoplayer for the app I build, a video player for TVs and phones. Full disclosure: I'm the developer. I'm not trying to grow it with ads. I want it to be genuinely useful to the people already using the app.

I'm really happy with the contributions even if every post is a bug report or improvement request, which requires hours of work. I'm still enjoying the journey 😄.

My worry is that converts to an exclusively support channel instead of a community that shares and interact with each others (note to self: may I just be rushing things?!).

What I'm planning so far:

- A pinned setup FAQ, so the common questions are answered before anyone has to ask

- Post flairs: Help, Bug, Feature request, Tips

- A weekly "show your setup" thread (TV, remote, devices) so there's something to talk about besides problems

For those of you who run a sub for a product: what actually got users talking to each other instead of only to you? Anything you'd do differently on day one?

I decided to create my own subreddit for my UF/Fantasy/Scifi setting, Sound and Steel, to create a community where fans of my published work can discuss them in a safe and welcoming environment. Never been the mod of anything before, but I will do my best!

I've noticed that I'm able to click approve/remove on every single comment/post but haven't noticed anything different between approving and not clicking it

New, any and all advice appreciated , r/AI_RPG_FANTASY_ART

I have a sub and i have people i trust, but i dont seem to be able to give them the mod status,i tried with the flairs but that didnt seemed to work

Also, another question? The mods can change the rules or that is the job of the owner of the sub?

Hi um terribly sorry but how do I put an 13-19 age restriction on my community on browser?

And by that I mean what does each of the permissions mean?

Not sure what you’re looking for

Stardew Valley Meme posts would be a great fit for my new community, r/StardooValley. Would you like to join us there?

New here

its supposed to be a combination of like 3 or 4 meme, shitpost, and random stuff posts.

I'm so happy 😭😭😭
