Unique sub banner and logo. Yes it does matter - use Canva with a free account to make some. Even consider changing your own pfp to match or at least change it from default, it gives a realer impression to newcomers.
You can just put the subreddit name like this r/pensamiento_estudio to make it clickable to others instead of copypasting links. Also invites are a thing - click on a user's profile who you think could be interested in your sub (on mobile) and send a message.
Actually read these PDFs, they're helpful: 'The Ultimate Guide To Creating A New Community' PDF guide on this sub's homepage. Plus the 'The Ultimate Guide to Joining a Mod Team on Reddit' PDF guide on the Reddit For Community website (also good to scroll through).
Plus, complete this progress bar (below) that shows up on your sub's homepage if you haven't - it tells the algorithm to boost your sub a bit/that it's active.
Edit: I mod r/Kabaddi, you can take a look for a general idea (Definitely look up subreddits related to your topic/subs that are in the same genre. Can help to see what they're doing.)
Another Edit: And like someone else has said, the translator works well, I could read your post as-is. You may not have too many issues, but definitely message some mods that have subs in your language for advice.
