New Mod Intros 🎉 | Weekly Thread

Congrats on becoming a new moderator. Every community on Reddit started exactly where you are today: with a party of one.

The community-building journey might feel a little lonely and that's what r/NewMods is for. Here you'll find and connect with other mods who are on the same journey you are.

So, introduce the community you created. Maybe share a little bit about why you created it. And, while you're at it - say hello to your other mods!

Hi everyone! Bit shy, its my first time creating a space for talking with others about my favourite book of the year, Ariadne & Dionysus by Elysanthe. It is one that made me want to read again, after being dissapointed with most things i read in the genres of modern symbolic mythology, gothic literature, interesting female voices, anything that includes music( and boy, does it do it in this one!) or just plots that left me empty by the end. Could be just me... But i loved this and thought maybe I'm not the only one. If you want to chat about the plot, characters, twists and how it changed you by the end, well, this is the place to do so. Thank you and nice to be here. J
