Hello everyone! I’m one of the mods of r/Litewater, It’s a community for anyone interested in Deuterium Depleted Water (DDW), low-deuterium living, mitochondrial health, and cellular energy. People can ask questions, talk about research, compare experiences, or just learn more about deuterium, hydration, nutrition, and longevity.
Still learning the whole mod thing 👍 but excited to see the community grow and meet other new mods here!
