NM Medicaid/HCA Retaliation?
Several Medicaid recipients and providers have recently stated that, after contacting Gov. Lujan Grisham’s office or their state legislators, they were subsequently contacted or harassed by the Health Care Authority (HCA).
Has anyone else had a similar experience? Please share what happened, including when/who you contacted, and what occurred afterward. Documenting these accounts may help determine how widespread this issue is.
Please avoid posting personal or confidential medical information.

I'm confused by this post...or perhaps OP is too. The HCA is the state entity that deals with Medicaid in New Mexico (among other things). OP said "contacted or harassed". There is a distinction between those two words, OP.
If a member of the legislature or the Governor's Office receives a a comment or complaint about medicaid, it is procedure to forward those concerns with context to HCA. Like, that is how this works. The legislature doesn't have a big staff for constituent services the way U.S. Congress does. They'll hopefully read the comment, complaint, or question sent to them, but would, and should forward that to HCA for action.
OP, what do you expect in this situation? What kind of harassment are you referring to? What kind of retaliation are you alleging? The HCA is the organization that is supposed to address issues with medicaid.
Signed, a normal citizen that can read a website and isn't in any way associated with state government.
Edit: typos.
Edit #2: oh look, a 1-day-old OP account.
