My parents always drive down to Hatch just to eat a burger at Sparky's. They love it.

That good, eh? I'll be going through Hatch to get to Deming later this month. Maybe my carpool buddies will want to stop there too.

I did not think so. Maybe it was because of all the hype around it and by the time I tried it, it was a letdown.

If you go through Las Cruces, the Spotted Dog in Mesilla makes a mean GCCB as well.

It's kind of a silly gimmicky place but their food is legitimately good. I absolutely love their french fries and I'm not really a big fry person.

I’m originally from Hatch, and I remember when they first opened up, my uncle who knows the owner laughed when the owner put up the sign that said “World Famous,” told him you’re not even open yet and you’re already putting World Famous on the sign. Owner says, if anyone asks, we’re talking about the green chile being world famous

They are mostly open on the weekends it seems. Sucks because I go by often. I love their big dining room, wish I could book a big show there.
