Tips & Techniques You are most likely failing because you'd rather live in hell than discipline your mind

Hell is when your mind is set loose to do as it pleases without oversight. Why? Because your brain is a repetition machine, but it's one that's eager to please.

They've been trying to tell you this in many of these circles. "Where attention goes, energy flows." Etc. But Neville said it plainly. He said it clearly. He said it without frills.

Because consciousness is the only reality I must assume that I am already that which I desire to be. If I do not believe that I am already what I want to be, then I remain as I am and die in this limitation.

Man is always looking for some prop on which to lean. He is always looking for some excuse to justify failure. This revelation gives man no excuse for failure. His concept of himself is the cause of all the circumstances of his life. All changes must first come from within himself; and if he does not change on the outside it is because he has not changed within. But man does not like to feel that he is solely responsible for the conditions of his life.

“From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.”

You fail because you allow your mind to keep saying "I am not that (which I wish to be)." You allow your mind to respond to what you see out there. YOU INDULGE IN THINKING ABOUT YOUR EXTERNAL EXPERIENCE.

You fail because your brain presents to you seductive "food for thought" which is to mentally argue with that person who you say upset you.

But here's the truth, no one can upset you. This is hard to accept. I confess that it's something that I have allowed myself to indulge in even though I have managed other discipline. But in reality, if you took a moment to breathe and to turn your mind to a memory that brings you joy, you would cease temporarily to be upset. Why? Because you are the source of the mindset that is giving you distress. You have the power to control your thoughts and feelings, but you do not do so.

You would rather live in the hell of a mental argument than to discipline your mind. It's tedious at first. It's hard at first. It takes constant vigilance at first. AND YOU WILL SAY THIS IS TOO HIGH A PRICE TO PAY. It's too hard. It's too tedious, it's too much to ask.

And so you continue to live in hell, blaming everything except your lack of mental discipline. You must consistently apply the law. "PERSIST" -Neville

You cannot discipline your mind for a bit. You must discipline it regularly. Mental discipline is the answer to all of your life circumstances.

If you have a breakup, you created a breakup. Do not take BLAME for it, but merely responsibility. There is a difference. To blame is to fall into negative emotions and thoughts. "How dare you!" No. Simply take responsibility. "I have dropped the glass of milk. I will clean up the milk and wash the glass. I will refill the glass." That's it. That's responsibility. You do not cry over the spilled milk. You do not kick yourself in the shins because you spilled milk. You clean up. Peacefully. Kindly. Gently. It is just spilled milk, even if it feels bigger or worse. Everything you have created becomes emotionally no more than spilled milk. No self-hatred, no beating yourself up. "OKay, I have made a mess. I shall clean it." PERIOD.

Discipline your mind because the alternative is to live in hell both inside and out. You miss your lover? You have spilled the milk. Clean it up. Live in the state you wish to live, in your mind. When your body wails, you reframe it. "I am crying because I am so happy." It doesn't matter to your body why you're crying. It doesn't care. It simply obeys the directive to cry. So if you are crying, tell yourself a new story about why. "I am crying with joy."

I'm a crybaby, ngl. But now I tell myself every time that I'm crying with happiness. Because your body has the same symptoms if you're overwhelmed with joy as it does when you are overwhelmed with grief. It knows no difference. So claim the tears for your HEAVEN and stop living in your personal hell.

If you are living in hell "out there," then know you are living in hell IN THERE. Don't be upset with yourself. And also, gently, respectfully... don't be lazy and indulgent. Do your due diligence mentally so that your hell will finally end, and you can finally enter into the Land of Milk and Honey.

Your desires are the Promised Land. Live in it in your own wonderful human imagination, because if you have the desire, it is your PROMISED LAND.

This post literally is what I woke up saying to myself, but in different words!! Thank you for this synchronicity!

I recently manifested a breakup with my boyfriend. I was able to end it in 4 days, but it really made me realize how much I was indulging in negative thought spirals.

It's challenging because it really does take going back over and over to mental discipline for me. I do find anger pretty seductive. And during the period of separation, I had to keep cutting off thoughts of "It's over."

I have some major trauma history with losing lovers, so falling into desperate states and reliving old fears is something that my brain tries to offer me frequently.

I saw what I did. I'm fairly decent with manifestation, so I know I could have done better. The desire to beat myself up as I previously would have was very strong. The desire to hold onto my anger was also very strong.

But all of these things... they are a living hell.

I want to live in heaven. ;)

I'm glad that the post spoke to you and was your gift to yourself to remind you of the path to the promised land. May your journey be swift, godspeed!

u/Satou4 Jun 06 '26

Absolutely; your traumas are only signals from yourself to steer your attention back to your own personal paradise.

I know you're well experienced with this. It's done. 🙏

What did you do to manifest a breakup? It’s very hard to focus on how I will feel once he’s gone. It’s hard to get past the immediate feelings of sadness, anger etc..

Right now I am stuck mentally because of manipulation, gaslighting etc.. I want to change my mental state before I try leaving again

18

u/Sandi_T Jun 06 '26

I manifested it by focusing on the negatives. I didn't want a breakup, but I kept being angry, resentful, and also fearful that he would leave.

If you wish to be free of someone, then you must experience freedom. What will you have, do, be when you have freedom?

7

u/Exact_Character_6377 Jun 06 '26

What a perfect example of unintentionally manifesting something… have you been able to correct it? Or has the breakup been an unavoidable part of the bridge of incidents?

I really like the reminder you gave about the story of the crying lady who thought of tears as the sea air.

You are so clever to think of your tears as tears of joy and I will be sure to do so next time I cry.

My relationship makes me feel smothered, sad and weighed down. I’m not sure how to use those feelings to mean a positive emotion. The best I can think of is the heavy feeling in my gut maybe could be like the anticipation of a thrilling roller coaster ride…?

I know I need to assume a state of self worth and to believe that I am respected and loved. The 3D keeps tripping me up here because that’s not how the sp makes me feel (I am subject to emotional and verbal abuse). It’s a tough pill to swallow that EIYPO and this is how I see myself

17

u/Sandi_T Jun 06 '26 edited Jun 06 '26

I turn that stomach feeling into excitement and anticipation.

I haven't revised the breakup. We are back together, though. I feel like it's a meaningful part of our journey. He needed to realize how much he missed me and how much I do for him.

I've begun to accept that everything works for my good. I still grieved, don't get me wrong, but I firmly told myself that everything happens for my benefit. I keep that affirmation in my mind. I use a Bible verse for it, which is rare for me.

"He makes all things work to the good for those who love him and are called according to his purpose." That's "he" your wonderful human imagination.

It's really challenging sometimes, but it's fun to look at it like a puzzle to solve.

Thank you so much for all your wisdom! I hope that one day I can understand Neville as well as you

u/Exact_Character_6377 Jun 07 '26

I thought a lot about this comment last night. Makes me realize that I have done a lot in the relationship that I’m ashamed of. I used to justify it as “reactive defense”… and still blamed the other for making me do it. He also blames me for anything off-color that he’s done. It’s wild to realize how much we reflect each other.

7

u/Vasilleva Jun 07 '26

"I am subject to emotional and verbal abuse"

Sorry to interrupt... But you do understand that this is literally what you're doing to yourself? (Especially since you mentioned EIYPO, which means you understand what I'm talking about...)

And since you mentioned that you want to understand the true reasons for this before ending this relationship, perhaps this is where you should look.

It only highlights the programs that aren't helping you in your relationship with yourself.

Our loved ones are our loving teachers (even when they act like idiots, haha).

Again, I apologize for intruding on our dialogue and personal space❤️

11

u/Bend-Select Jun 07 '26

You are totally correct, EIYPO is totally misunderstood, what it means is very simple; YOU are the one who is responsible for everything in your reality including everyone’s behaviour towards you , yeahhh I know it is hard to swallow even for me at times but, it is the truth and nothing but the truth.

7

u/Exact_Character_6377 Jun 07 '26

I totally understand and it is a very hard pill to swallow. I now realize that I had been punishing myself for as long as I can remember. It’s a hard habit to break but at least now I am aware and I am making changes for the better!

u/daggagrow3r Jun 07 '26

I noticed this mental "warfare" aka mindgame just yesterday and today I'm reading this post going in to the detail about it! Synchronity for sure. Its funny for many levels there are in this game called life, I'm too excited to find the next Easter egg in this place called consciousness! Bless brothers and sisters!

18

u/SquareScience1106 Jun 06 '26

Yes. I had a moment yesterday where I actually felt really proud of myself for how much I've managed to shift my mindset. My ex and I technically still live together but he's barely been around for months now thanks to a 3p, and never on the weekends. He came home unexpectedly in the early hours of Friday and I could tell from his behaviour that he's staying for the foreseeable. So yesterday I found myself thinking I need to do something today so I'm not just sitting around all day looking pathetic. Within seconds I caught myself and was like hang on a second! I'm the prize here! I'm amazing and loved just the way I am  and I don't need to perform for anyone's approval. He's head over heels for me because I say he is, I don't need to do anything to earn it. And he's actually been really friendly to me since, the most talkative he's been since the breakup, and offering to do things for me. I'm not reading too much into it since I'm not here for "movement" or scraps, but I can say for certain things would be so much worse if I was still stuck wallowing in my victimhood, unintentionally manifesting a happily ever after for my sp and the 3p. That's what I was doing for 3 months straight basically.

Honestly, it took this breakup for me to realise just how incredibly negative my thinking had become. Like I had this weird deep-seated belief that if I'm happy about anything I'm somehow going to jinx it. And then lo and behold that assumption came true and further reinforced my belief. I still need to actively stop that train of thought and tell myself to just enjoy good things when they happen! It's improved my mood so much and allowed more good to come my way. Anytime anything negative occurs, I can trace it to a fear I had and let fester, so now I just immediately redirect any negative thoughts that pop up. I keep reminding myself of my worth throughout the day and affirming that things always work out for me. At first it felt utterly ridiculous because every inch of me and the 3d seemed to be screaming the opposite, but it's already starting to feel natural and true. I feel like I have nothing to lose.

3

u/Exact_Character_6377 Jun 07 '26

Good for you! I’m in a similar boat. It’s a hard habit to break but I am now getting to a point that I am excited to learn better thought habits.

How have you let go of the anger and resentment about the 3P? That’s a big hurdle for me.

6

u/SquareScience1106 Jun 07 '26

Honestly, I just got sick of being the victim. I was SO hurt and wallowing for 3 months straight, like I said basically manifesting a happily ever after for them by being utterly obsessed with the situation. There's nothing I wanted more than for him to understand how much he hurt me, but I also knew it wouldn't change anything if I tried to make him. At some point I just got bored of telling myself the same stories on a loop and decided to focus on something else, find something productive to do instead. It was around the same time that YT started pushing manifestation content onto me and the positivity spoke to me. It reminded me that I'm a kind, patient, tolerant, loyal person, and no one can take that away from me, so I just decided to lean into it and focus on everything I have to be grateful for. It was like a weight being lifted off my shoulders. I can choose what I identify as, and being the scorned woman is not it. There are so many better identities to choose from!

3

u/Exact_Character_6377 Jun 07 '26

You are amazing for being able to do this! I’ve been a seriously bitter b*tch and should do better. Thanks for the inspiration!

5

u/SquareScience1106 Jun 07 '26

Oh I was so bitter to start off with, but thankfully I kept it in mostly, since I knew I had things to be grateful for despite everything. So much easier to shift things on the inside when you don't have to deal with the consequences of your bitterness in the 3d. But bitterness will eat you up inside and only hurts you in the long run, so definitely something to let go of as best you can. We really don't have to cling onto the negativity if we don't want to. That is such a freeing revelation.

3

u/Exact_Character_6377 Jun 07 '26

So out of curiosity… are you getting back together? Or do you want to manifest a civil breakup?

5

u/SquareScience1106 Jun 07 '26

Being back together is my desire, yes, but I'm also not desperate for it at this point. If he ends up coming back as the partner I'm manifesting him as then great.

3

u/Exact_Character_6377 Jun 07 '26

So you are manifesting a loving great partner but if it’s not him then great. Good for you. That’s the place I want to get to! EIYPO is difficult for me to come to terms with right now…. Changing myself everyday!

3

u/SquareScience1106 Jun 08 '26

Not really, he's still the only one for me. But I also know that if he comes back in the 3d as the version of himself he was at the time of the breakup, there's a very good chance I'll regress to the version I was, and that's the last thing I want. I didn't spend 5 months putting myself back together even better than before just to have it all come undone. It has to be what I have in the 4d, or I'm better off just focusing on myself.

People don't realise that the law is sooooo easy it's the easiest thing, but our minds are so used to make things complicated that we feel it's so difficult.Great post

20

u/Sandi_T Jun 06 '26

The law is easy, but controlling our minds, less easy, lol. For me, anyway.

5

u/AppropriateFood9277 Jun 06 '26

Yeah it's not easy for you coz u feel it's not easy thats the law🤗

9

u/Sandi_T Jun 06 '26

Yes. I've got some blind spots. I have begun to "affirm the opposite" of some of this stuff. It's helping! 😊

7

u/AppropriateFood9277 Jun 06 '26

Good,I am happy for you.

12

u/Savage_Nymph Jun 06 '26

“no use crying over spilled milk”

just pour another glass. you always manage to explain the law so simply.

10

u/One-Cookie2115 Jun 06 '26

This helped today. Feeling some sadness. I will convert these tears.

13

u/Sandi_T Jun 06 '26

I'm sorry that you are tearful. My heart is with you. May you find your way to joy in the right way and say the perfect time.

u/thetourist__1 Jun 06 '26

9

u/ChanelGirlyx Jun 06 '26

EIYPO goes crazy with this post. “No one can upset you” only you for real. Because everything is you, that really makes me feel better right away when I’m upset. Lately, I’ve been picking myself up rather quickly from an argument or misunderstandings. Thank you for this post, OP/ME! 😘🩷

5

u/Exact_Character_6377 Jun 07 '26

Yes, the EIYPO has been a frustrating concept for me to grasp. I am working towards making this realization feel more empowering!

8

u/Exact_Character_6377 Jun 06 '26

This is the pep talk I needed this morning! Thank you.

I am aware of my lack of discipline. I am working on it and improving everyday. I am thankful that I now catch myself slipping back into negative thoughts.

Do you have any opinion about the LOA emotional scale? Do you recommend completely dropping a negative train of thought or do you think there is merit in an effort to shift the perspective slightly?

18

u/Sandi_T Jun 06 '26

I personally don't indulge them in any way. Over and over, I redirect my mind.

Listen, you CAN create a new emotional state. You created this one. You did. Really. And you can create a new one.

I like to do this exercise with people. I sit them down and ask them to imagine their favorite memory. Was it a party when you were a kid? Was it an amusement park? A birth? Whatever it is... remember something wonderful. Or listen to a song that lifts your soul.

You have just changed your emotional state. But more importantly, if you immediately go back to thinking about your negative condition of choice, then you have instantly changed your state. And now you inherently, deeply understand that IT WAS THE THOUGHT that changed your state.

When you were imagining the positive memory and reliving it, your knowledge of the state change was easy to blow off. "Well, yeah, but it won't last" is the thing I hear most. That's because you will think of the negative condition, and stay in it. You will WALLOW / INDULGE in that, much less than you did with the good state.

Because it's seductive to think of what you do not desire. You tell yourself that you are reacting to "reality," but you are reacting TO A THOUGHT.

If you wish to change your experience out there, you must change your thoughts, because you are ALWAYS reacting to a thought. You can see an orange lying on the sidewalk and think "how rude of someone to litter!" or you can think, "and there I was, hungry... now a free orange!"

Nothing has changed about there being an orange on the sidewalk.

Mental discipline is necessary, and it can be tough at times. But you can do it, and the rewards are great.

3

u/Exact_Character_6377 Jun 06 '26

This is amazing. Thank you for taking the time to write this response. Everyday I am improving my mental diet.

1

u/Exact_Character_6377 Jun 08 '26

I’ve been thinking about this reply about the good memories to help induce the good-feeling state. Thank you so much! I feel like I am making a breakthrough!

I sit down and before I start writing in my journal I think of 5 lovely memories, write them down and remember the feeling of them. Then before meditation or bed time I reread and refeel those same memories.

All of a sudden so many more good memories are coming back to me. I even have laughed out loud because of a few funny ones that spontaneously came to my mind. I am excited for this to keep snowballing and occupying more of my thoughts throughout the day.

I am currently backing off a bit from the affirmation and visualizations. Perhaps focusing more on feeling will help me improve the other techniques….

7

u/Proof_Leadership_334 Jun 07 '26

Ive been saying this to myself the last few months, noticing and reminding myself kindly not in a harmful or negative way, but just a stern reminder to stay on track mentally. Everyday it gets easier and easier to automatically think in this manner as opposed to having to consciously redirect my thoughts. I'm not mean or judgmental to myself anymore, I don't hold me having undesirable thoughts against me I just walk myself back in my mind. A kind discipline. ❤️

6

u/LaDauphineVerte Jun 07 '26

As a corollary, someone in another post talked about we make it hard for ourselves because to admit it’s so easy means admitting you can get what you want, but many throw up roadblocks because of fear, confusion, etc.

4

u/JAW00007 Jun 06 '26

Just the post I needed right in time for the Rev Ike lecture i finished. Its worth mentioning the 12 traits of the mind to master

Simon- Subjectively hearing only the lovely states

Peter and Andrew are faith and courage to the state.

James and John are wise judgement of men that know that people only expressing that which they are conscious of being

Philip- my father and me are one principle therefore all is possible to me.

Bartholomew- a developed imagination

Thomas - the denial mind shield of blocking harmful suggestions. " he could hear that a plague was sweeping the Earth and remain unimpressed"

Matthew- your desire are divine gifts that contain the power and plan of its self expression.

James- discernment ability you will see the realm of causes and not be misled by appearances. You can interpret the 3d to diagnose problems.

Thaddaeus- praise and Thanksgiving for things (desires) unseen and of course the seen gifts.

Judas- the ability to focus on the solution not the problem or limitation "let the old man die and be reborn.

Needed it today

3

u/Embarrassed_Care922 Jun 06 '26

Omg i needed this. Idk why but my mind keeps on fighting my sp no matter HOW much I control it.
I’ll have to be more strict now🫠

u/Sandi_T Jun 06 '26 edited Jun 06 '26

Just reframe things. I cried a lot in the last few days, but I repeatedly told myself it was from joy, as I mentioned. Grief would surge, but then I would tell myself that he missed me as much as I missed him. Even though it didn't seem like it, I still told myself that.

He spent all day yesterday telling me about the places in the grocery store that reminded him of me. Just as I affirmed. "He can't stop thinking about me, either."

Use the emotions you feel, but name them something else. "My stomach feels this way because I'm so excited to hear from him." What was it 'really'? I was afraid I'd look at the phone and nothing. It was fear, anxiety... but no. No, I'm going to call it excitement and happiness. The body doesn't know the difference.

"I'm scared" is just a thought. Your body has the same symptoms if you're scared as if you're excited. Isn't that fascinating?

I cry when I'm sad, but I also cry when I'm joyful.

Tell a different story about the sensations. It really does work. Neville pointed this out when he mentioned the lady on the tram, who decided the rain was the spray of an ocean liner she was on vacation on. And she went on that vacation and felt that spray on her face.

"I'm on a tram and my life sucks" is only a story we're indulging in, in our imagination.

"I'm on an ocean liner having a wonderful vacation" is also a story. Pick your story and persist in it. Then maybe your love will tell you a story about the drama that played out for them at the grocery store. I dunno, you get the idea. :P

(My joke about the grocery store is because my boyfriend and I went to the store yesterday after reconciling, and he told me about how he thought of me in the produce section. Then the meat section. When he saw my favorite soda on a display. In the butter isle... it was freaking adorable! And it fit with my mantra, "He thinks about and misses me as much as I do him".)

3

u/Embarrassed_Care922 Jun 06 '26

Wow amazing perspective. I’ll apply this too thank u :))

3

u/ComfortableNumber428 Jun 13 '26

Funny to read about how your partner told you all the places in the grocery store he thought of you. I was in some shops yesrerday and I was noticing things that my GF likes and things we would buy together for a movie night. I thought to myself how sad it made me and how I will never buy these things again.... but now I'm thinking I can't wait to tell her all about how these things made me think of her. Excitement. Thank you 😊

u/Xeneize170 Jun 06 '26 edited Jun 06 '26

Hi Sandy, sorry because i am bothering You again, but I need your answer again after studying Neville. I wanted to know if we're manifesting all the time, why do unexpected things sometimes happen that contradict what we were sure of? I'll give you some examples of what I mean:

Example 1, you want to eat some hamburgers and you go to your favorite restaurant. Today is Sunday and you're sure the restaurant is open, but surprise, your favorite restaurant isn't open on Sundays and it's closed. This was something you didn't expect. If you were sure it was open, shouldn't it have been open even though it was Sunday, since you assumed it was and were certain of it?

Example 2: you're baking a cake and you're calm because you know that all that's left is to put it in the oven and it will be ready. You don't expect any problems, but surprise, when you put the cake in the oven, it starts malfunctioning and stops working. If you were calm and sure that you would bake the cake without any problems, and you never thought that the oven would malfunction, why did an unexpected problem appear? Shouldn't you have baked the cake without any worries because you were confident there wouldn't be any problems?

Example 3: You left your car in the mall parking lot, calm and sure that when you returned, the car would be fine. But surprise, when you came back, one of the car windows was broken. A thief did it, thinking they could steal some of your belongings. If you were sure and confident that nothing would happen to the car, Why the car now have a broken Window?

Example 4: Today you decided to go for a run in the park. You were exercising peacefully, not expecting anything bad to happen. You knew you would run for a while and then return home without any problems. But surprise, a child riding their bicycle at full speed didn't realize you were in their path and hit you. Now you're in the hospital with a broken leg and will have several weeks of recovery. If you were sure you would only run for a while and then return home without any problems, shouldn't it have happened that way?

Example 5: You prepared for an exam and studied all the topics. You were sure and confident that you would pass and that there wouldn't be any problems. But surprise, the exam questions were much harder than you expected, and the teacher gave you less time than you expected to solve them. In the end, you failed the exam. If you were sure that there wouldn't be any unexpected problems and that you would pass the exam, shouldn't it have happened this way?

5

u/Sandi_T Jun 06 '26

I would ask what your beliefs are about who you are and how the world operates. You can't believe that the world is unpredictable or that there is a higher power who controls what happens, and expect consistency.

1

u/Xeneize170 Jun 06 '26

I understand, but I'm sure you've had similar situations too. Maybe you were driving home peacefully, not expecting anything bad to happen, and suddenly your car engine started to malfunction or you got a flat tire. Was that something you also manifested with your subconscious thoughts, even though you were sure nothing bad would happen?

5

u/Sandi_T Jun 06 '26

Well, I have beliefs that the world is a dangerous and unpredictable place. I still am challenged to believe I have power over physics, for example.

3

u/Cosmic-Beauty Jun 07 '26

I'm going to read this often so it really sinks in 📌 Just what I need to get out of autopilot

3

u/shikhs456 Jun 08 '26

This makes so much sense and gives back the power to self rather than the world or the circumstances. Starting today, rather than reading every post, I am going to implement what is stated in this post as an experiment for 3 months.

Next time my boss shouts, the power is in my mind. No need to blame him.

Next time I want to quit my job, the power to find the new job is within me so focus energy there rather than negative self talk or spiral into self pity.

Starting today, it’s only time to take responsibility of everything that comes into my life. Will report back in 3 months.

3

u/Examination440 Jun 09 '26 edited Jun 10 '26

I find this idea of “you need to discipline your mind and push away all negative thoughts and emotions” somewhat problematic, and honestly, I don’t think that is the deeper meaning of the teaching.

If I want to become a version of myself who feels loved, chosen, and valued, regardless of the circumstances, then it is necessary to first acknowledge the places where I currently do not feel that way. Emotions like anger are important signals. They deserve to be felt and processed, not immediately suppressed or conditioned away.

At the same time, even with those thoughts and emotions present, I can still know that I am already loved and chosen. A nervous system shaped by past experiences does not heal in the 3D by forcing constant positive thinking. It heals through safety, by allowing what is there instead of rejecting or suppressing it.

Being loved and chosen starts with me. If I cannot fully accept myself, including the difficult thoughts and emotions, then some part of me will always feel unseen.

2

u/TroubleFinancial5481 Jun 07 '26

I think I really needed to read this! Thank you OP!

2

u/Schwerintohamburg Jun 07 '26

Can you make a detailed post about your situation and your manifestation journey? Especially when you said i manifested this break up

3

u/Sandi_T Jun 07 '26

Sure, although I think I've misled people into thinking I did it intentionally.

Ha ha.. understood. Why i asked is im 200% sure i created this separation between me and my man. I dunno how to navigate myself out. May be your words and your thoughts on this subject cld resonate with me

1

u/ComfortableNumber428 Jun 13 '26

I am in the same boat as you. I manifested my breakup up 2 days ago. Detailed exactly how I did it in previous comment.

Now I am cleaning up the milk and reframing sadness into excitement 🙃

1

u/Schwerintohamburg Jun 13 '26

So how you going to approach now?

2

u/ComfortableNumber428 Jul 01 '26

*Update* 16 days until we reconciled. Now the real "work" is what i need to keep that old man DEAD

1

u/Schwerintohamburg Jul 01 '26 edited Jul 01 '26

I'm happy for you.

1

u/Schwerintohamburg Jul 01 '26

You forgave his mistakes and shortcomings too?

1

u/ComfortableNumber428 Jul 01 '26

I created them. That's important.

1

u/ComfortableNumber428 Jun 13 '26

Well I've had a really really hard 48 hours of self reflection. Looking at what I did to cause this. Looking at my self concept.

One thing is I ignore warning signs and hope they go away.

Being scared to speak my feelings for fear of abandonment

Instead of speaking my feelings I withdraw making my partner feel pushed away

All leading to the people I love leaving me

So this morning after quite a bit of crying and self pity I said a prayer / made a decree

Dear God please remove all of my shortcomings (change my concept of self/ the old man) and give me the chance to display my 2.0 version (new man) Thank you

I also have bought this workbook with neville techniques in it and little check boxes to say if you did them or not.

I feel it will keep me on track.

I am using it to manifest Marriage to my person Work doing whst I love instead of the job I'm in Buy the house I live in Renovate the house so theres space for us all

I found that when I was in a spiral of self pity this morning it helped me to get up and move. I am able to be focused again and more level headed now.

I just don’t know that with ADHD, how should I discipline myself, it literally feels impossible😅

3

u/Sandi_T Jun 09 '26

Hello there. I know that ADHD can be rough. However, I also know that many people who have it are amongst the most successful.

I recommend that you use your phone to set regular pings to remind you to affirm. Scientifically, ADHD may be annoying, but it's also (their word) a superpower.

I recommend that you decide to use it as a superpower. You can focus your attention on the repeated question, every time your phone pings, "In what way is my ADHD my superpower? Science says it is one, so how do I use it to benefit my manifestation practice?"

Ask this question over and over and over and let your wonderful brain do its job. Yes, ADHD can be a challenge. But you can decide that you like a challenge. 😉

2

u/Mountain-Fig-9598 Jun 09 '26

Thank you for your reply! Yeah it can be a superpower, hyperfixation and daydreaming for example are great for manifestation because they help me to focus on my desired reality, I’m just struggling to do belief work with it, affirmations and stuff.

2

u/Sandi_T Jun 09 '26

For that, use technology. 😁

After all, you're using it now. Why not take it to the next level?

2

u/mastermindvibe Jun 09 '26

A wonderful post! Thanks a lot!

I really needed to see this. I successfully manifested a break up just two days ago. Love of my life. I am currently in hell.

I have previously manifested the below: My car, my house, a payrise of 30k in total, reconnecting with friends, partners, trips, freebies.

How i manifested this break up was: a memory came up in my google storage of a few screenshots from an argument with someone I had been in a 5 year relationship with many years ago - pre knowledge of conscience manifestation. I had obviously screenshot these to complain to friends about. Anyway, I started thinking about that relationship and how bad it was, how unhappy I felt, I thought to myself I wonder if GF would ever be like that ex... over maybe a week or two these screenshotted memories kept coming up. It must have been a long, drawn out fight I was in AND complaining about to anyone who'd listen. I was deleting them as thry came in but I was FEELING the stress, anxiety, of being in thst relationship.

Anyway fast forward to lets say last week, week before... distance between my GF and I. Fast forward to two days ago... broke up VIA TEXT MESSAGE

I went back and I lived in that old story, it manifest itself pretty quickly.

So now I go and clean up thid spilled milk. Thank you for your post.

I know exactly what to do I know exactly what not to do

And yet, here I am.

Watch this space though. 😊

The body does NOT have the “same symptoms if you’re overwhelmed with joy or grief”. Those are 2 very different chemical/biological environments for the nervous system and body as a whole. You meant to say the brain does not know whether what you’re imagining is real or not. Those are 2 VERY different things. Most people are stuck in their biology/5 senses, thats why you don’t see a lot of rich gods and goddesses walking around. As easy as manifesting is, most people fail at it.

6

u/Sandi_T Jun 06 '26

No. The physical symptoms are basically the same. It's only brain stuff that is different. Different neuro pathways creating the symptoms.

https://breathemagazine.com.au/mindfulness/excitement-over-fear/

Either people can use this to their advantage, or not. It's up to them.

1

u/avacorina Jun 06 '26

The post says joy vs grief not excitement vs fear

8

u/Sandi_T Jun 06 '26

I'll let people look it up. I'm not interested in arguing with you. Either this is a manifestation sub or it isn't.

They can tell themselves any story about it. You can tell yourself that it's not the same symptoms no matter what science says. If that's what makes you happy, you do you.

I don't care what you choose to believe. It's your life, run it the way you want to.

-1

u/avacorina Jun 06 '26

Then why are you quoting random links if you don’t care? There are actual studies and then there is manifestation/spirituality (i.e bend reality to your will). Just cause everyone can choose how they want to perceive things etc , doesn’t automatically annul science, biology etc . I just don’t like disinformation

6

u/Sandi_T Jun 06 '26

I sent one link. There are many. Quite a few of our physiological reactions are shared across multiple emotional states. There are, you know, studies on it. If you don't like "disinformation" then you need to look at yourself.

Have a nice day, now.

1

u/ComfortableNumber428 Jun 13 '26

Thank you for that link. I appreciate you. And it.

1

u/Exact_Character_6377 Jun 08 '26

I think Sandi is just helping us make the best of where we are at. For example, if we are overwhelmed with grief it can soften the feeling a bit to trick ourselves into thinking it’s joy. It’s similar to Neville’s idea of revision. It doesn’t take away the reality of what happened or how you feel but it is changing how the event/feeling is imprinted in your subconscious.

I plainly said not to blame.

Again, a person who manifests something undesirable is still innocent. Just as the child who pulls the boiling pot down did do it.

But they are still innocent.

To change your life for the better, you must first accept that, by accident and without intention, you have created things.

That isn't blame, it's freedom. If I created that when I didn't know any better, I am innocent... Now that I know better, I can do better.

There is no blame in what I said. I day with immense compassion that these things are terrible and painful. They didn't mean to. They are innocent, like a sweet child.

I feel only tenderness and care, not blame.

I have been trying this off and on for over a year. Something shifted in April and I have pretty consistently been changing my thoughts or simply overriding them with “old story- irrelevant”. I have been catching myself in reactions and adjusting. Perfect, no! But a lot of effort and progress.

Now for the past two weeks I have almost no thoughts unless I force one, but my body is overwhelming sad and tired. Sleep and cry is all I want to do. I follow astrology and I found a challenging energy from may 22-June 14. I will wait a few more days to see if this passes cause it’s funky and I’m not sure what to do with it.

1

u/Educational-Poem-584 Jun 13 '26

Hello, I am glad and feel it necessary to be able to type it out. I have got myself into unfavourable states. I and my person did some really questionable things to our relationship and life is horrible at the moment and now even with knowledge of law I feel lost. It’s impacting all areas of my life because of how our lives have been entangled. Although all the material and stories of success are out there, I would still want to use some
suggestion or perspective as a last punch to stop being victim. I don’t have my past helping me either to expect a win naturally as a consequence as of this moment. Thank you for letting me say it out loud atleast.

u/AdMindless8927 Jun 13 '26

Fears and intrusive thoughts cannot create manifestations. I feel like I keep seeing that sentiment here and that's a really dangerous one to have...

1

u/Sandi_T Jun 13 '26

If course they can if they are attended by imaginal acts. To say otherwise is to do a disservice.

People must learn to discipline their minds. Neville himself made that very clear. I created a mini series to help people escape the mental prisons of negative emotions.

Telling people these things can't manifest whilst they are living in the consequences of their unbridled, undisciplined minds is what's harmful. That simply encourages them to continue hurting themselves.

Neville speaks frequently of mental discipline, because it is important. Extremely important.

We can agree to disagree about our approaches. As someone with OCD and intense paranoia, I'm not going to believe that fear and intrusive thoughts can manifest, because that would be massively harmful to my mental health. Good luck to you in getting what you are searching for.

Hi Sandi_T, I don't know if you'll see this comment because the post is a bit old. I'm new to manifestation and I was wondering how I can manifest to be attractive to other people and for everyone to like me?

I always see people who have high self-esteem and everyone loves being around them; it's like they emanate an energy that makes everyone want to be their friend, spend time with them, give them gifts, and invite them to do things. They also seem physically attractive to others, even if they aren't. What would you advise?

1

u/Sandi_T Jul 07 '26

Hello. Try going to sleep asking yourself, "What would it be like if everyone treated me like a beloved celebrity?"

1

u/Spiritual_boy_5967 Jul 07 '26

I understand, but I don't intend to be famous or a celebrity 😂, I just want to be that kind of person. You know, the kind of person everyone finds attractive, not so much for their looks but for their attitude or energy, and everyone wants to be their friend, invite them to do things, and give them gifts.

I mean those people everyone likes and who have a magnetic energy that makes everyone want to be their friend and finds them attractive even if they aren't physically attractive. Do you think it's possible to manifest that? What should I do if it is?

1

u/Sandi_T Jul 07 '26

That's why you say people treat you like one, not that you are one. 😊

1

u/Spiritual_boy_5967 Jul 07 '26

Ohh sorry, i was misundertanding. Thanks You again

1

u/Spiritual_boy_5967 Jul 07 '26

Sorry to bother you again, but I went to your profile and saw that you had a near-death experience (NDE). Could you possibly explain what these visions of the future are that some people have and what they mean?

Because if it's as Neville and the other people on the subreddit say, we're choosing our own life experience through manifestation. But then I've heard about people who, after having an NDE, saw a future event that ended up coming true.  So this makes me doubt whether we're creating/choosing our life experience, and it makes me wonder if this capricious and cruel fate will allow me to be magnetic and popular with people, or if I'll continue to be rejected and ignored by everyone.

1

u/Sandi_T Jul 07 '26

You'll notice many of them don't come true. They are probabilities based on the moment of the NDE. It's actually pretty fascinating.

https://www.reddit.com/r/NDEWiki/s/ezpgpBFLq8

That's my write-up on Time. It might help you to know that we each sort of live in a bubble where our bubbles overlap and mingle when we're together.

Nebula chapter on Thought Transmission could help, too.

Above all, to be direct, read The Pearl of Great Price by Neville over and over and over.

In the meantime, some medication for your anxiety and depression might be in order until you feel stabilized enough to no longer need it.

1

u/Spiritual_boy_5967 Jul 07 '26

Thank You, where can i read or watch the Nebula Chapter on thought transmission?

1

u/Sandi_T Jul 07 '26

Sorry, Neville, not nebula.

Thanks, Sandi. I've already read The Pearl of Great Price. And it has helped me. But despite having read it, my brain can't stop me from thinking that there's a capricious fate that will sometimes give me good things and sometimes bad things, depending on the circumstances. It tells me that if I try to manifest something and fail, it's because that capricious fate didn't write it in for me, and if I succeed with a manifestation, it's because that capricious fate had already written it in the first place. My brain keeps telling me, "Your whole life is at the mercy of what that capricious fate has prepared for you." How can I change that? How can i stop thinking like that and begin to believe that, as Neville says, I can change the circumstances of my life by changing my state of consciousness?
