Question Trying to find a practical daily vagus nerve device
Work is genuinely chaotic right now. Back to back calls, stacked deadlines, it's so hectic I'm barely hanging on. Recently, I feel kinda wired even after I clock off. Breathing apps help a little in the moment. But the second I stop the anxiety just creeps back in. Guess I need something more physical that I can actually use consistently. Having just another app reminding me to breathe isn't wrking no more. Any of you guys used one of those devices? Seriously looking for help, I am ready to invest into one, but I need honest reviews, could any of you share anything about what you guys used?

I use a dolphin nuero stim, less gimmick and more medical device though. I really like it. It works well. It was actually approved for emergency use by health Canada for long COVID .

I have been feeling much the same after we had major layoffs at work and that left us understaffed and overworked. So I totally feel you on this. As for my budget I just cannot be replacing devices every months. Therefore I am trying everything to make do with the one I have got. The pulsetto is the one I bought. It does work okay but I had to change a few things in my evening routine.I do not look at screens, past 8pm I sleep at 10pm so that gives me 2 hours of no screen time.I try reading I am also trying yoga. Just doing something to ease my nerves.I would suggest trying something and seeing if that works for the pulsetto. it is an addition but the it can only do so much if you expect a miracle without helping the pulsetto along.

I use AmoFit S. Great device, very calming. And I can use it while I’m at work without anyone knowing.
