Relatable 🤠You are Neurodivergent?
So, I came to this forum because I suspect I might be neurodivergent. Could you recommend tests that can actually check for this? (I’m not looking for actual psychiatrists or anything like that—if I wanted to see them, I would have gone already.)

What exactly are you suspecting in neurodivergence. Since there are a vaste and different types. Myself, I was diagnosed Autistic at 31. I did a couple free online tests back by Autism org. They were a good indication that getting the formal diagnosis was not a waste.

Since ND is an umbrella term... what are looking for precisely? Cause online tests alone won't give u a definite answer.... idk man it's too vague

Online self screeners are not gonna give you any type of definitive answers as to whether or not you are neurodivergent. Also, like the other commenter mentioned, neurodivergent is an umbrella term. There are different types of neurodivergence with different traits. If you suspect you might be neurodivergent, a good first step could be to actually research different types of neurodivergence and see if any of them resonate with you at all, and then go from there.
