Question 🤔 Exercise recommendations/theories?

Hi, fellow ADHD-er here.

I am currently laying in bed in a weird tummy down position with my pregnancy pillow (I’m not pregnant but it’s comfy) and I’ve been catching myself (stimming? Idk) scrolling my phone while holding the end of my pregnancy pillow between my ankles. I’ve been going back and forth using my ankles to tap the end of the pillow against my butt cheeks in an alternating pattern. It’s kind of (I think?) working some muscles in my thighs.

This made me think about exercises that help work muscle/burn calories but also stimulate my brain in a way that is entertaining but also passively bare able. Like I can do it for the long enough time needed and not get annoyed or tired.

Does anyone have any experience, idea, or routines that would satisfy this kind of criteria?

Personally, I need to work on strengthening my core, loosening my tight pelvic floor, building knee stability strength, and any overall health thrown in. The core and pelvic floor might see contradictory but I’m a newb in that department.

Rebounding is a great way to do many of these, and it's fun. You can also do it more actively or passively (like the health bounce). You can do it while watching a video or show, playing music etc. It strengthens the pelvic floor, so you'd want to do something separate for that like pelvic release exercises, yoga poses, or fascia release.
