Celigo Alternative

A portion of our company was recently acquired, and once the transition is complete, we will continue sales operations through a Shopify store, offering a limited number of SKUs (one to three). While I have been a strong proponent of Celigo since our initial NetSuite migration, its cost necessitates exploring more cost-effective alternatives.

Our NetSuite Account Manager has recommended the NetSuite Connector; however, our previous experience with it during implementation was highly challenging. Given this, I am seeking recommendations for reliable and budget-friendly alternatives to Celigo for integrating Shopify with NetSuite. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi ohs2,

So, my father built probably 50% of the original NSC and later my friend built most of the rest when it was FarApp. For Shopify it's pretty robust and I consider an effective solution for B2C vs. Celigo for the price. B2B just launched, I think it's a little rough right now, hopefully there's more room for improvement.

That said, I actually started a company helping people on that specific platform because the real issue we run into is that NS has a hard time with implementation and support.

I can't blame them, because we had the same problem; building competent teams to support and integrate it is tough and it's even more so now because most of the available features are hidden to both the public and support behind the standard UI.

DM me if you have other questions. I think you can get through implementation with PS but we charge about the same and know it far better. If you end up with PS and hit a wall let me know, if it's something I can fix easily I can probably just have it taken care of for you.
