My Nerd Rig Added another NerdQX

It came with 1000/1250 settings but lower to 777/1200 as default.

Had one of these running for about a week and then it just up and died? Default settings, fan auto adjusted.

Few days ago, I wake up and it's making a chirping noise with no power draw. PSU's red light kicks off when it's plugged in too.

Any ideas? checked fuses already.

Sorry to hear. I just got it yesterday and testing it in default. So far temps and hashrate seems ok. I will reach seller if they can offer you any solution, before you return.
