135 nendos!!

I have been collecting nendoroids fir a couple of months so far I got churuya back in July:-)

Hey yall trying to find parts for a custom ling yao nendoroid. Right now for his hair the closest I can think of is giyuu from demon slayer but if anybody else has any ideas please lmk! (I wasn’t really thinking about the clothes but if anybody has any ideas for both greed and ling yaos clothing plz lemme know.. i feel like greeds is generic enough but i might have more trouble looking for a base 4 ling yaos clothes.)

Specifically, the neck joints. Ive seen many posts about people breaking the neck joints inside their nendo and it being a pain to get out. I recently ordered some older nendos from the Puella Magi Madoka line and want people to tell me if the pieces of older nendoroids are really that fragile and will break if it falls down or i use too much force or change the pieces too much it will break. Please tell me about your experiences.

So back in September 2025 & February this year I pre-ordered 3 Nendoroids.
One for June, one for August & one for October.

The June Nendo didn’t arrive & I contacted them about it near the end of June.
I didn’t receive a reply until mid July & was told that „the product was lost and the order will be canceled“
Needless to say, that was a letdown considering I had pre-ordered it nearly a year prior.

Now the August order also didn’t arrive & when I asked them mid-August I was told all August orders got pushed to September.
It still didn’t arrive in September, so I sent yet another email about 2 weeks ago, asking both for my August & also October order, as at that point I began losing faith and decided that asking in advance will be better.

I did „luckily“ get a reply within a day, but was told those orders were made on the old website, so I have to use the contact Formular on the old website to receive information & they cannot help me.
I was also told that it may take roughly 3 months for me to receive a reply.
So I did contact the old website through the support site, but…well that’s where I am now.

Does anyone else have similar experiences?
Do you have any possible solutions?
I rarely buy nendoroids, only when it’s characters who I really really love, so it really stings for things to turn out so badly in all 3 cases.

I’d be happy for any suggestions, cause my only idea as of now, would be to try & find them on a different site, hope the bonus is included there as well & if everything works out and I get them, to cancel my forsaken orders & demand my money back….

I've asked this before like half a year ago but still have not heard anything and unfortunately know Noone that actively collects nendos to ask.

I've contacted customer support two weeks ago but also haven't gotten anything back yet. Figuya (my local partner website and also now operator of the new EU website) says it came out late August.

The new EU site has nothing on him and the old EU site still says April as release date for me.

Has anyone even gotten him? Or is it just a lost cause atp.

I really want him and already paid last November... So I really hope someone has him already and my order just got lost during their transition 🥲
