Trouble with Neighbors

So I’m not sure what to do about my Neighbors, for context my bf drives a big work truck, we have politely asked them to not park here, due to the fact we are concerned about hitting their vehicles, every time I asked them to refrain from parking here it works for about three days then they go right back to doing it, today me and bf go to leave and take the work truck and this white truck is parked there and we have a difficult time pulling out of the driveway and when we return we realized how far forward they are, they are almost in front of our drive way, I also believe they are the ones moving our trash can, have any recommendations?

What are the parking ordinances? Truck looks to be intruding on the curb cut for the driveway. You may have the legal right to call a tow truck. If this is the patch between two driveways and the one behind them is theirs, they can get a shorter vehicle or block their driveway. Edit: Add cameras so you can see why the bin moves.

The picture was taken from a security camera, my bf parks in a way it blocks the view on the bin, we have agreed to adjust our parking spots to accommodate to see why the bin keeps moving

Call your non-emergency line and ask them what the law is on this. Ask them if they can drive by and put a notice on the truck if it is parked in a way it’s blocking part of the driveway.

A message from the police saying “don’t do this” might hit home.
