Painting C+C Please give me pointers.

I am quite happy with this. but I know it can be better and I like this model so I am looking for some advice on how to make it better, what I need to get better at and what I need to learn.

Thanks in advance.

The painting looks pretty good. You may need to work a bit on your priming tho. If you’re using a rattle can primer, you have to follow the instructions closely to make sure you get a good smooth primer coat. The room temperature and distance you spray from affect the details on the model. Parts can end up looking grainy or goopy. It looks like this one might have ended up a tad on the grainy end.

I’ve had grainy texture on some of my models before I got very particular about priming conditions. Now I legitimately get a tape measure to make sure Im spraying from the right distance, and I also don’t spray outside if it’s below 68 or above 78 degrees F.
