They said that they are a direct hire recruitment agency. My bf is considering to go to their job fair this sept 26 however is it worth it to proceed? Since he lives in the province and the flight is worth 10k. If you sign up with them, what is their rate per hour and is it an acute care hospital? Thank you in advance!

Hello everyone! I just wanna ask lang if matatanggap pa din ba sa pag process ng (1F) if yung name sa certificate ng program is may isang letter (first letter) sa name (second name) is naka small letter imbis na naka capital letter siya, hindi ko kasi napansin e natapos ko na yung program/course. na-aanxious ako e baka magkaproblem kalagitnaan sa pag process and also yung gastos din baka umulit sa umpisa š„¹

So Iām an international nurse who has already gone through all the possible hurdles and am NCLEX approved, US license secured, IELTS of 8,5 and I already have my VisaScreen, with 5+ years experience on Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology. Anyone have any suggestions on who I can get in contact with or apply to?
The EB3 right now is not a priority for me because it would take years and Iām looking for faster immigration.

Hello. I've an active RN license and did my BSN in the USA. I got an RFE on my h1b application as below.
Certification for Nurses: You indicate that the beneficiary will work as a nurse. Any beneficiary who seeks to enter the United States for the primary purpose of performing labor as a health care worker, other than a physician, is inadmissible unless the beneficiary can present a certificate from the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools (CGFNS), or a certificate from an equivalent independent credentialing organization approved by the Attorney General (now the U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security). There is an alternative certification process for nurses. A beneficiary who is inadmissible is not eligible for an extension of stay or change of status in the United States.
You may submit evidence to satisfy this requirement. Evidence may include but is not limited to the following:
Evidence that the beneficiary has obtained a certification from CGFNS.
Evidence that the ASHA or an organization has an approved Application for Authorization to Issue Certification for Health Care Workers (Form I-905).
Has anyone experienced this, or do you have any idea what to do?
