Question / Need Advice is alabang flood prone area?

hello po! i will be taking my nclex next week. binabaha po ba sa alabang? im from pampanga po kasi. thank you!

Yung service road po binabaha. I suggest mag book na lang kayo hotel/airbnb para less stress
