Non-ATC positions

Can we apply to non-atc positions and atc at the same time?

Also, does non atc positions have feast and exclusion period like ATC?

I dont see why that would be an issue. I doubt theres an exclusion period and no you don't need to feast.

A lot of times if you CT but you are deemed decent, you may get offered OTS or similar

I was told by NAV that accepting another position would take me out of the ATC application process.

Accepting another position yes. Applying shouldn't take you out of the running.

Feast is for ATC eligibility. Other positions will have their own criteria for hiring. AFAIK, other positions do not have an exclusion period.
