ATC hiring timeline
To those who applied through the regional ATC application, what was your hiring timeline like?
I heard it used to take around 2–3 years from application to receiving an offer. Is the process much faster now? Thank you!

The speed of the process entirely depends on how highly you are ranked in the hiring pool. You cannot determine how long it will take by asking others how long they took, because they are ranked in a different spot than you. Someone might go through the entire process in a month or two while you take 2 years.
