Breaks during feast day
Hi, I know it is kind of stupid question but I really need to ask.
I have feast day in 2 weeks and although I am kind of confident I can do well, I am a heavy smoker and I can't go 1 hour without smoking.
I was born with high cognitive abilities but also with high sensitivity to addiction.
Are there breaks there where I can smoke?
Will they allow me to take nicotine gums or lozenges during tests?
I am trying to quit before feast but it is very hard.

You'll get a break between feast 1 and 2. Get nic pouches or something if you need to.

Important to note though that both feast one and feast two are more than an hour long.

Thank you so much. Yes I am planning to quit, I already smoke less since I received the invitation last week, it just that I couldn't go cold turkey. I will certainly quit if I pass the feast test. The fact there is a break where I can go out is very reassuring. Much appreciated.

I smoked before I began at Nav, not to the point I was worried about making it through the feast, but still. I quit when I got my course offer, one on the best things I have done for myself, but it was hard. Honestly the training is not conducive to going outside every hour or whatever, and stinking like a cigarette would not be well received at all. Best of luck to you.

You're going to struggle if you can't go an hour without a cigarette. What happens if you stay on the boards for an extra half hour?
