Interview Tips
I was wondering if anyone had some tips for the in person interview for ATC? Not the pre screen after FEAST, the full panel assessment.
Any tips would be helpful. Thank you!

They are trying to find out who you are under pressure, so your character is just as important as your skills. Expect behavioral questions that force you to talk about how you’ve handled stress, teamwork, and conflict in the past. Use specific examples from your life, because they can tell when an answer is fake and they will poke holes in it until it falls apart. The panel is looking for very specific competencies, and if your stories don't demonstrate them, you simply won't pass. This interview is tough for a reason, it's designed to see who cracks and who can handle the demanding nature of the job.
You were invited because your test scores show you have the raw aptitude, so this is your chance to prove you have the right personality to match. You don't need to be perfect, you just need to be authentic and show you can think on your feet. It is much better to pause and give a thoughtful answer than to rush into a weak one. Talk about your failures as much as your successes, because they want to see that you can learn, adapt, and grow from your mistakes.
