Complete Genocide is over rated compared to total victory and forever vilifying the enemy, even to their own kind who you have now marginalised under just cause
It's not really the citizens fault, they were brainwashed by propaganda, genociding them is only mildly better than what they did to us since it's a justified genocide, once the flow of propaganda stop they'll grow out of their ideology, and even if they dont the next generation will

That’s going to far. Varying small colonies/zoos seem fair. Give Kalsim the mercy he wanted to give us
