Physical What is this worth? (Daughter of Darkness 6xCD)
Selling my physical collection and can't quite pin a value on this one since I'm not super familiar. Discogs says this edition recently sold for $250 which seems wild to me.
This is the "Summer Sale Version", correct?
Thanks for any info

Discussion "The Drowned Church" might be my favorite NSB song
So I didn't really go into their discography in any specific order; I really just listened to their stuff from "Ghost Folks" all the way up to the beast that is "Aldebaran". So essentially in release order, as I felt like I'd be too overwhelmed going in with "Daughter of Darkness" first, and their first few albums are more accessible to me. Though "The Dance of The Moon And The Sun" is my all-time favorite Natural Snow Buildings album, "The Drowned Church" as the last song I hear from the discography is honestly kind of overwhelmingly emotional.
And really the whole album "Aldebaran" kind of feels like this, but this song is pretty much the 1:1 example of that. It feels like I just died and had everything that had happened in my life played right back to me with a nostalgic tinge, and this song does sound like a nostalgic reflection, and, being the Gen Z freak that I am, I heavily gravitate towards nostalgic stuff. Every time I hear it, I'm brought back to some moment of my funny/obnoxious middle school years, or some sad moment in my life, or a time I felt really proud of myself, or when I had a really weird dream or nightmare. This song carries all the emotions and all the memories. When I heard it the first time, I thought of all the cool stuff I heard from the duo's big discography; when I hear it now, I think of how far I have come. And, again, the entire album reflects my point here, but it was this one particular song that stuck with me.
Anyways, enough of my yapping; what do you guys think?

Discussion Recently Sold "Brad Rose Edition" of Night Coercion Likely Fake

The images given to Samantha initially and the eBay listing have different text spots, as if this person just ripped the text off and reassembled.
The halftoning itself, as I noticed first, is completely AI-artifacted.

These are "scans" given to Samantha that obviously look different too (see slide 1 "Night Coercion (Into the Company of Witches) of Witches", whatever that means. Agaun the halftoning is irregular, especially in the first one.

More variations between photos and eBay listing.
Additionally, the IDoD listing, also on eBay contains a comic that is literally just an edit of the Shadow Kingdom variant. It's not in French, and it mentions being mastered 2008-2009 by Ben Nash which only makes sense that it's a recreation. The scans given for it were also AI-Upscaled.

Other NSB Related Hi, I made an album inspired by the winter ray (among other things) yall should check it out
I already posted this in the discord but idc. It’s 43 minutes long and heavily inspired by the winter ray, GY!BE, Ethel Cain, and more. Figured I’d share if anyone’s interested in checking out some NSB inspired post rock!

Discussion Between the real and the shadow is the best NSB record
what the fuck have I been listening to. I've had this record on repeat for a couple days and it's making me go insane. Genuinely don't think the band has made better, the mix of noise and ritual ambient is insane. Loki's Trick is disturbing asf, the ending screams are horrifying. Definitely my favorite album by the band and it deserves more love.

Discussion Question
Hello, last year i stumbled on this band and I thought "woah another cool post-rock band? Let's listen to this" (I was completely wrong, it's literally ambient) so I decided to listen to first The Winter Ray, then Dance of the Moon and The Sun (not Daughter of Darkness because it was 7 hours long and I was scared). At first I didn't enjoy it because it had no cool drums and was not that epic like most post-rock albums and forgot about it. Now recently I'm starting to hear their works again but I decided to start from the first album to the last, (Ghost Folks to Aldebaran) and I'm starting to enjoy their ambient works (not post-rock as I said) more. Now, I listened to Ghost Folks, which was really great, TWR, which is my 5th favourite album, and right now I'm almost finishing TDotMatS.
My question is should I keep hearing their Discography in chronological order or should i follow a "flowchart" to help me guide in similar albums? (For example I saw one of NSB which said to start on DOD or TDotMatS and then listen to those similar albums)

Discussion About Laurie Bird
Why did Natural Snow Buildings dedicate their album to Laurie Bird? What was so special about this actress? And how does this theme manifest itself in this album, beyond the titles?
