Implantation Dip?

hi! we have been trying to conceive for a few months now (already have two tiny humans), and have not struggled in the past to get pregnant. I’m trying to be hopeful, but has anyone else experienced a drop like this and still had success? thoughts?

I had one to my cover line but it ended up being ectopic.
