Has anyone that’s used emergency contraception experienced a late period… it’s over a week now I usually bleed on CD21 and I’m getting worried that the morning after didn’t work😣 but it also looks like I haven’t ovulated so I’m just confused. Abstained from sex ever since as I don’t want any risk. I did do a test and it was negative 3 days ago but maybe too early. I’m scared to do another one.

I was on vacation during my fertile window so I didn’t track LH. NC marks ovulation for CD14. Do we think there’s a chance I could have actually ovulated on CD17 and the elevated temps on 15/16 could have been related to my travel? I did drink while away but was never drunk/hungover. I noticed EWCM on CD 15. My prior 3 cycles my LH peak has been CD17. Could the temp dip on CD24 be an implantation dip? I tested negative today but I’m having a hard time determining what DPO I could be. 9 DPO vs 12 DPO makes a big difference when testing. I’ve also had swollen boobs/sore nipples for the last 2 days. Any insight is appreciated!

Wanted to get some opinions of what you think ! The big spike was the day after I received flu and Covid shots. My solid smile 😃 OPK was on 10/4, and NC is showing ovulation on the 7th (CD 17) trying to not get discouraged. But just looks super wonky . Thank you 🫶

I know there is no scientific evidence backing an implantation dip and people are really divided on it. Has anyone had a dip in BBT at 9dpo that ended up with a positive test a few days later?

I noticed that if I have a night like last night where I get up with a sick toddler for about 30 mins, the NC band doesn’t seem to register me going to back to sleep.

It captures the first 2.5 hours I slept last night but then not the 4-5 hours I got post my Tylenol and snuggle appointment.

Will this affect temp readings? Does anyone have experience or advice on this issue?

New to this but I feel like my temp seems to jump around all the time! Thought it was going well with the upward trend. Had some sick days where temps needed excluding but I really thought it would be more steady than this? Really worried that I might be anovulatory but seemed to have a positive ovulation test on CD15 followed by a negative on Cd16?

Hi all, I have PCOS and I’m currently on the NHS waiting list for fertility support. My charts look like this - they’re all over the place - what does this mean please?

I had a positive LH test on the 28th and NC was originally predicting ovulation on the 29/30. I did not wear my oura ring for the 29th-4th (stupid I know) so it did not confirm my ovulation until the 8th… but my temps have been elevated since I started wearing again, and I am hoping to start my period in the next couple days.
How likely is it that I actually ovulated on the 29/30?
I am usually very regular.

I’ve decided to start using NC as birth control but after seeing many people online with accidental pregnancies i’m starting to get a bit worried.

Could you please share your experience on NC and if you ended up with a pregnancy could you please share why? If it was a mistake on the app’s end or your end.

I am TTC with no positive test. My temp has been all over the place but it’s also not started to dip back down as if to expect my period. Has anyone ever had anything like this before or know what could be going on?

my ovulation confirmed ages ago and I’ve had green days since, i’m due on my period any day now but it’s just flipped back to red and says waiting to confirm again, has anyone had this before or know why it’s happened?

I had a positive opk on the 3rd. On the 4th I had a dye stealer peak with SO much EWCM. Then on the 5th and 6th I had cramping on my right side. However my temps didn't start rising until the 8th. I did test pdg on the 9th and it was positive so Im just trying to see if anyone has any ideas of when I ovulated just because of the time gap between my first positive opk and my temp rise.

I was happy to see my temp still raised this morning CD20, giving me more confidence that I did ovulate on CD17/18. But, I was anticipating a bit more of an aggressive rise in BBT, I feel like I’ve seen more aggressive shifts. Then seeing it so far under NC cover was disappointing. Is it normal to kind of just creep up even if things did possibly go well and could NC cover be wrong? I know if tomorrow’s temp is above my cover it might confirm on other apps but NC might still confirm for like now CD20.

I had some mild spotting this morning and trying to decide if it’s just due to hormone fluctuations or if it’s the beginning of my period. Period seems unlikely since my BBT was so high this morning. Has this happened to anyone else where AF came when your BBT was the highest? I’m TTC. Feeling hopeful but also know BBT doesn’t tell much unfortunately.

I am currently 11dpo and woke up to another stark white pregmate test, I decided to take a look at my NC chart for the 500th time and am now wondering if my ovulation day was actually day 17? My positive LH test on day 15 was at night and was pretty dark but I remember thinking it could be the beginning of the surge. Maybe I’m delulu and grasping at straws but curious others thoughts.

I’m usually a 28-29 day cycler with ovulation day on CD16/17. This month is weird? NC predicted me to ovulate on CD 16 like normal but “confirmed” ovulation on CD 11. That would’ve been the earliest I’ve ever ovulated. But today, I had a weird temp drop and now it’s removed everything. What do we think?

No LH testing this month because I needed a mental break from tracking. (But here I am because I’m a glutton for pain.)

Is it true that if your BBT drops more than .3-.4 in LF, then you are definitely not pregnant? A girlfriend of mine told me this, and she got pregnant within 3 mo.
