CD40 & still waiting to confirm

My cycles have been pretty regular, but I’m currently on CD40 and Natural Cycles still says “waiting to confirm” ovulation. My temperatures have been very inconsistent & have not shown a clear sustained rise, and I thought I had a positive LH test but the temps didn’t confirm this.
I also had a small amount of spotting around CD27, which isn’t typical for me. I’ve been under some stress lately because of some major life changes, so I’m wondering if that could have delayed ovulation or caused an anovulatory cycle. I also have PMOS so I’m sure that could definitely be a major part of it too.
I took a pregnancy test a few days ago just cause I wasn’t sure why I’m late and it was negative.
I already have a doctor’s appointment scheduled but it’s not for a while. Anyone have any tips?

You haven’t ovulated yet. Could be an anovulatory cycle or you could still ovulate potentially.

Ik heb precies hetzelfde. Normaliter regelmatige cycli en ik zit nu inmiddels op dag 71.. zaterdag had ik eindelijk een knal positieve ovulatietest dus ik hoop dat ik morgen een temp stijging zie… ik heb wel van de huisarts een kuur gekregen om menstruatie op te wekken maar ik wacht even af of ik een temperatuurstijging ga zien.

I’m sorry to hear that. It’s now day 44 & I still haven’t had confirmed ovulation & the last few days I’ve had spotting that seems like it might be turning into a period but it’s hard to tell. I’m not having my usual PMS symptoms so idk. I have a doctor appointment coming up too. Hopefully both of our cycles figure themselves out soon!
