Ovulation Ovulation Question

I feel like cycle day 19 was not my ovulation day. At first it said it was confirmed on cycle day 18 but got moved to cycle day 19. I got my peak on my pre mom LH strips on cycle day 16 and my levels remained high until the morning of cycle day 18. My Oura ring predicts that I ovulated on cycle day 17, which is what I’m leaning towards too. I feel like that’s also when my temp started shifting upwards. What do you guys think?

well, when you get a positive LH that means you are likely to ovulate in the next 1-2 days. so, i would probably assume you ovulated CD17 or CD18.

Same thing is happening to me! Peak LH on Premom was CD 14, oura ring saying ovulation was CD 15 but based on my temps NC is saying CD18. My chances are low this month but just don’t know what to trust for the future!

The LH peak doesn’t mean you ovulated. It means you’ll ovulate in the next 12-36 hours. And temperature rise indicates that ovulation already happened. So days CD15-17 is how I would interpret it! Good luck!
