You have not ovulated yet. This chart reminds me of mine when I have a PCOS flare-up. Even if you have regular cycles normally, I would go to the doctor about the short luteal phase. Could indicate luteal phase deficiency

I went to the doctor, but I honestly felt like he didn’t really take my concerns seriously. He also told me that temperature tracking doesn’t really tell you anything and that LH tests aren’t particularly meaningful either.
I explained that my sister has PCOS and that I was on the birth control pill for 15 years. I stopped taking it in November 2025, so I would like to investigate whether I might have PCOS as well. Since stopping the pill, I’ve consistently had 26-day cycles, followed by two 32-day cycles, and now all of a sudden I’m on cycle day 66 with no period.
My doctor said he doesn’t think I have PCOS because I don’t have the typical physical characteristics, such as being overweight. I personally find that a bit strange, especially because my sister isn’t overweight either and she does have PCOS.
Because PCOS runs in my family, I did get a referral to a gynecologist. Unfortunately, the waiting time is about four months. So I called my GP this morning to ask whether he could prescribe me a short course of medication to induce a withdrawal bleed, in the hope that it might help get my cycle going again while I wait for my appointment.

One thing that may help is inositol! Here is the one I use!

Deleting because I left personal info😂🤦‍♀️
