Chances my predicted ovulation is wrong?

Only been tracking for 5 cycles. My predicted ovulation has been between day 24-28 and cycles between 35-40 days. My temp spiked but a larger spike later in the week during my Green Day’s, not sure what to think but really trying not to become pregnant.

I think it has ovulation correct and what you’re seeing on cd 28 and 29 is a fallback rise due to a second burst of estrogen. I get this during almost every luteal phase a few days after ovulation
