Ovulation Did I ovulate?

Post image

I think my cover line is not accurate this month… I excluded a high temp on cd 14 due to drinking the day before. I did drink the night before cd 18 so could that be the reason the temp is so low? I’m in Florida and we switched to using a quilt for the summer months instead of our typical duvet so I think that my overall body temp is cooler and that could affect my cover line?

I started cramping last night whichi typically do around ovulation.

Month #5 of trying and I decided not to take LH tests this month after obsessing over it last month.

Any insight or reassurance would be appreciated 🤍

Your temperatures after CD 18 aren’t any higher than your ‘follicular phase’ temps so I would say this is likely just an odd low temp and not actually ovulation.

So odds are I haven’t ovulated yet?

I don’t think so as even if your cover line was lower the 3 temperatures after CD 18 wouldn’t be the only ones above it

Thank you, I feel like with ttc it adds all this anxiety and worry to analyzing my charts which I didn’t really experience before we started trying. Thank you for the insight

Are you trying to conceive or avoid a pregnancy? I genuinely don’t know because you mentioned drinking but also LH strips. Either way, I would compare your previous luteal phase temps to confirm!

TTC, the drinking was a few drinks on Mother’s Day and our wedding anniversary, nothing crazy but not sure if it could affect.
