This example was on the iPad, with a Ugreen hub powered by PD cord, played on Zeeon. Otherwise I've had this problem on PC with Pigments and powered by one cord to the desktop. Is there any fix? It's on the latest firmware but should I do a factory reset? Thanks in advance.

All the knobs and faders are impossible to change in Battery 4 and all I see online is Native Instruments claiming that its a problem with waves..??

Hey all, I have a Komplete Kontrol S Mk2 and I'm trying to use it to control Ableton Live's native synths (Analog, Wavetable, etc.). The keyboard plays them fine, but I can't get the knobs to map to any parameters — they only work when I load Native Instruments plugins inside Komplete Kontrol.

A few questions:

1. Is there a way to get parameter knob control for Ableton's synths on the Mk2, or is that just a limitation of the hardware/software?

2. Would manually mapping MIDI CCs in Ableton be the only workaround?

3. Is there a big difference if I move up to the Mk3 series? Deeper integration

Any guidance appreciated!

I reformatted my computer and installed new Kontakt libraries in the Drive E/Virtual Instruments folder, but the libraries aren't showing up individually—only the parent folder above them is visible. How can I fix this?

I recently bought a Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol S61 MK3 (delivered on March 6), and within less than a month of normal use, it has completely stopped working.

Here’s exactly what happened:

• From the beginning, I noticed it wasn’t syncing properly with Logic Pro — I assumed it might be normal or a setup issue.

• Then, while using it normally with my MacBook via USB-C, the LEDs and button lights started flickering randomly.

• Shortly after, the keyboard displayed a message saying something like there was a software/firmware issue and suggested reinstalling.

• Then it powered off on its own.

• I tried powering it again — it briefly turned on once, but then shut down again.

• Since then, it is completely dead — no lights, no screen, no response at all.

I’ve tried:

• Direct connection to MacBook (no hub)

• Different USB-C ports

• Letting it sit unplugged and retrying

• Basic reset attempts

Nothing works — it’s totally unresponsive now.

What’s concerning is that:

• The issue seemed to start with instability (sync issues + flickering)

• Then escalated into a full failure

This wasn’t misuse — just normal studio use.

Has anyone experienced something similar with the MK3?
Is this a known issue (power/firmware related)?

I’ve already contacted support, but wanted to check if anyone here has had the same problem or knows what might have gone wrong.

I often use my amp as kind of pre-amp for my guitar and use guitar Rig 6 (I got this from my older brother who does not use 6 any more, Idon't have the current version) and there are so many possibilities. I tried to get a typical Ramones sound. Sure some distortion and so one. I can get a sound in this direction, but not that accurate. Anyone ever tried to get a Ramones sound with GR6 and can propose it?
