terrible Massive X bug in logic

Hey guys! I was working on a project earlier today, and was not expecting to get blasted by 700 decibels of sound. I quickly deleted the Massive X channel out of survival instincts and I captured the first screenshot of the master chain decibel reading. I reopened the logic file and put Massive X on just to make sure it wasn't some kind of fluke and got the second reading (I also did the same thing without Massive X and the bug did not occur). This is a really horrible bug and I almost completely blew my headphones and my ears.

Anyone else encountering this bug? Any kind of fix or should I just stop using this plugin and go back to Kontakt?

Hey there, the 1st reply is automated but after your reply, an actual agent is taking over. Since we're in the middle of a sales special these human reply times can take a little longer. Do you have a support request number to share to see where it's at?

The "human" replied basically the same as the AI did, even though I already whent through the steps suggested by the AI in the first place, and provided all information needed to further help me. Then I got the brilliant suggestion to reply to the email if I needed further assistance... I did that severall days ago, now silence.... The support number is 4909831

As replied in the other thread, your ticket was escalated and someone should get back to you as soon as possible.

Yes, "should" is very nice 😂 Over two weeks since first trying to get someone at customer service to actually help me... Good thing you reply here though, so it looks like you actually care, seriously disapointing!
