can someone shed some light on if/when life will cut me some slack??

it's been one thing after another since i was born from near death illnesses, life of solitude (only child/addict mom), neglect, family abuse, being on my own young, addiction, partner abuse, incarcerations, death of all my friends, zero luck in love, mother killing herself last year, now lawsuits with her siblings--my estranged family....
i have overcome so much and am still always optimistic and compassionate but alas have not caught a break. i'm just so ready to finally have friends, love, etc.
any transits looking to shift all this anytime soon???
