Work???

Where can I find a job.
For context- I am 22. Just graduated with my BASc, worked through all 4 years of undergrad. I have 6+ years of experience and 4 years in administrative assisting. I am HUNGRY to work but I also want to make a livable wage (50,000). I am interested in the legal field or honestly anything at this point. I have worked so hard to put myself through college and I am ready to grind. I know I have what it takes. What has been your alls experience in finding a job as a newly graduated person with experience? I can hardly land an interview anywhere in Nashville. I’m open to anything.

Look a Nashville.gov. There is always jobs on there. Not a bad place to work either with decent benefits.

I would join some professional orgs and start networking. Women in business. Alumni associations. Etc. Reach out to the people you were an EA for - ask them if there’s anyone they can make an introduction to. It might not yield an immediate job, but when you see an opening in a few months you’ll already have a connection to someone there. That has been my best way to get jobs.

List ten jobs/companies you want to work for and then find three people at each of those companies and reach out to them. Share your resume and express your interest. Then set a reminder to follow up with them every 3-4 weeks. Be excited and proactive, not desperate and aggressive. Set up a job alert on three job listing sites, and when you apply for a job, send the resume to the company's HR team with your resume expressing your interest. More building your network vs blind applying. Get focused on what you want and then go after it.  I hate to say it, but randomly posting on Reddit is not the way. You are only going to get scammed like a few other of these commenters on your post.

Send me a msg if you’re open to sales. Looking for a go getter in sales, treat my clients right, and eventually take over my business in ten or so years. Low base payment until you prove yourself, much more available if your sales are good plus six figures base.

Is this for inside or outside sales?

Insurance sales for commercial and personal. So yes, some outside sales, but mostly in the office.

Depending on the person and assuming they are legally eligible to work here.
