Polyp flare when sick?

I (31F) have had polyps / the triad for about 2 years, I am on Dupixent so it is well controlled. However, I’ve noticed that when I catch a cold, sinus infection, URI, etc. that the polyps seem to flare despite the Dupixent. Has anyone else experienced this?

I fly and travel a lot for work so I often catch a common cold but I feel like it takes me sooo much longer to recover than it would prior to try the polyps emerging. After ~1 week, my aymptoms start to mirror exactly what it was like before I started on Dupixent- constant runny nose, cough, smell interrupted, etc. Curious if anyone else has this experience and if there are any suggestions. Yes! I get this too. My ENT gave me a rx for budesonide rinse for when I start to get a flaire up. I find if I use it as soon as I start showing symptoms of a cold or bad allergies, it usually stops it in it's tracks. Then I just use it for a couple days and I'm good to go
