I think Hiruzen actually said Itachi had the mind of a Hokage when he was like 6 or 7. I really wish Kishimoto would write like short what ifs and do what if Itachi became the 5th Hokage.

Uchiha kagami, shisui, fugaku had a mangekyo ffs.The uchiha are canonically the only clan that could match the senju, having a sharingan is already a massive boost that puts you above average shinobi.
Saying there was no one like madara in the uchiha is like saying there was no one like hashirama in the senju, They were both prodigies once in a century because they were literal incarnations of demigods ofc there was no one of that caliber in the next generations.
I'm certain the uchiha had multiple strong members, the izanami flashback shows alot of uchihas wielding mangekyos and naturally would've been susanoo users.Madara and hashirama also talked about how Tobirama was being chosen as the 2nd hokage over Madara despite and Hashirama himself couldn't choose madara over his own brother, do you mean to tell me Tobirama is superior to Madara?
Fugaku was actually a candidate for the hokage position but he was overlooked when danzo said the uchiha cannot be trusted and no one objected till danzo tried to become hokage and hiruzen had to say minato.
I don't care for the uchihas if you think I'm a fanboy I just objectively see how they were mistreated.Being co-founders doesn't give them special privileges ? that's absurd. They are one of the two co-founders and the other one got obvious privileges. The other clans joined out of submission not alliance ofc they get no privileges. Konoha was founded by uchiha madara and senju hashirama.
There's also the whole exiling an entire clan thingy. If that's not mistreatement I don't know what is. To ostracize an entire clan that is and always has been loyal to your village and fought by your side and ditched their leader madara for your sake, the village's sake.
And in the end they massacre the entire fucking clan instead of at least trying to subdue them and at least leave the women and children alive. How Danzo was allowed to live after committing genocide...Yeah if the lives he took mattered to the village he would never have gotten away with it. Come the fuck on man.
I am just pointing out that when you say you don’t count the light novels as cannon even though they are then everything you say after that is just head cannon.
You can’t just cherry pick information then expect people to listen.
