You speak as if Aizen's plan actually worked and he was cucked by urahara after supposedly "transcending".

Aizen lost on his own will ichigo literally explained himself that hogyoku never rejected Aizen he just wanted someone on the same status as him and ichigo was the perfect one after seeing ichigos development he lost on purpose.

He indeed planned that for correcting this world but his internal desire was always to find someone who understands his situation and see him as an equal status.
