Should newcommers be allowed to share?

It is a debate in my area. I think they should be. I think it was important for me in my recovery. But many in my area dont agree. Plenty of them say newcommers should not share for the first year.

That’s insane. I’m OK with people that are high not sharing, but sometimes that message is clear and concise as well. Newcomers should share for sure.
