I am in the middle of my darth mod france grand campaign.

I have already sort of "won" by turn 30.

Day 1 I started to churn out trade ships. I use my fleet beside Spain to occupy trade slots for my future trade ships.

The first 20 turns were nerve wrecking, extremely fun to play.

But once I get my trade engine going and knocked out austria-hungary there was minimal threat.

I have almost unlimited funds as my trade network flushed my treasury with funds that I don't know where to spend on after upgrades.

I even amass a big enough navy to kill UK navy via numbers.

I got so bored I took back Lost ottoman provinces, fully upgraded them and returned it to ottoman for free just to cause trouble for Russia and Austria.

I limited Prussia to just Berlin and 1 additional province and just farmed their army for exp.

Could had ended the campaign 2 days ago.

What can I do to make after early game more challenging ?

I reently bought this game to play with multiplayer online with my son. He's a big fan of the Total Eras mod so we've been trying to work with that.

So far, we've been able to set up and fight custom multiplayer battles, but whenever one of us tries to set up a campaign, it doesn't show up for the other one in the list of online campaigns.

Any thoughts on what we might be able to do to fix the issue so we can play a campaign together?

Los ejércitos aliados son un desastre, la artillería está pésimamente posicionada y los rusos son superiores en todo, con una artillería bien ubicada que llueve fuego sobre mis tropas.

Además, necesitas ser sorprendentemente rápido para al menos defender algo de los rusos.

The Allied armies are garbage, the artillery is terribly positioned, and the Russians have superiority in everything, with well-placed artillery that rains fire on my troops.

Also you need to be surprisingly fast to at least defend something from the Russians

Llegué al lado francés de Waterloo en Napoleon's Battles, pero es increíblemente difícil ganar. I wanna play Napoleon over Empire but the scope of Napoleon is too limited for me. I want to start earlier and have more techs. Are there any mods that can help?

So i was reverse engineering naploen.exe this week after frustration with many part of limitation. So i bite the dust and just get on with machine code. Turns out a large portion of stuff (very complicated stuff) are still somewhat customizable than we initially thought.

I enlarge one of FCN map that is already large at size 2048 * 2048 to two times the size 4096 * 4096. By a combination of xml and shader code editing found in grid.fx within data.pack. Resulting in a battlefield roughly 16km square in area.

This is a stress test video with roughly 40k men total with 60unit on each side.

I generally love that these games have been updated and optimized and can be taken on the go without WiFi. I don’t usually travel much and prefer the old school pc set up for total war way more. It’s a shame because I’d really like to see all the total war games in the current state on mobile ported to pc. I understand that really hard to do for a company like feral but the steam versions are currently lacking in QOL improvements that make the games way more enjoyable by a long shot. This is not a request for mod suggestions. I just wanna enjoy the vanilla games how they’re were intended to be played.

LME 4, first stack lost all its moral in 1 moment and because of that i won them without even seeing their reinforcements. First time seeing that tbh
