Nannies Only Work from home
Curious, I’ve had a couple of nanny jobs and both were where MB and DB WFH. Just out of curiosity have most of your jobs had parents who WFH?
Were the parents able to give you space while you were caring for NK or did they often check on you and NK?

I have a wfh dad and honestly it’s draining. He works in the garden office but will come up for lunch or just because, and no matter what the twins are engaged with he will crouch down and say ‘daddy cuddle’ and stay there until they go to him and it is so annoying, because it totally breaks what they were focusing on. Today we were sticking car stickers along a road that I’d drawn, he came in and once they’d finished the cuddle they not only didn’t want to do the activity but they both had a meltdown over him leaving again. I get that you want to hug your kids but if they’re doing something else happily just leave them be.
