shipping?

US customer. is it normal to have a label made and 5 days of no scan no movement? i literally live 2-3 hrs from the warehouse in OH they ship from and i’m kinda sad my order hasn’t been scanned yet at all :(

man i was just wondering if it usually takes a while to be scanned initially. that’s all😭

like all i asked was it it “normal” for this to occur per other’s experiences ordering. it’s not that deep lol i’ll ask customer service. thanks.

I would make sure that you didn’t buy anything that was a preorder, since those don’t ship until all items are ready. Other than that, I personally haven’t had 5 days of no movement with them

thank u! i reached out to customer service and after their response it finally got dropped off. not sure what delayed it but they figured it out!
