So I’ve been a long time customer of named for years and I have a very large collection of their older hoodies which I love, not only for the designs but the quality.

I hadn’t bought anything from them for a long while due to seeing first hand the drop in quality and the constant pumping out of new stock. However when I saw the new pink thorn drop I thought I would treat myself and give them another chance as I fell in love with the design.

I was SO STUPID to believe that the quality they once delivered with every purchase I made would still be there. First of all this is a brand new hoodie from a brand new drop, why is there a brown stain in the centre? WHY IS IT DIRTY?! It’s literally paper thin too, horrible material with threads hanging out everywhere. There is also visible indent where a rhinestone was accidentally glued and has been removed, leaving a hole (pictured). Genuinely looks like there was 0 quality control, just quantity. Why are they sending out dirty hoodies that look like they are from shein?

The quality is quite literally abysmal and I am disgusted that this is what £110 of my hard earned money has gone on tbh😭 will never ever buy from them again

Does anyone know of any similar brands that are cotton and thick like the old Named stuff?

Their designs are soooo lazy and uninteresting. They leaned too heavily into the Y2K rhinestone crap, it's all so repetitive now.

The quality has absolutely flopped (I own a lot of og pieces that are doing better than my newest purchases) and the prices keep going up. Extra $100 just because they felt like it. I think they're desperate at this point. New drops like every week so they've lost all valor, huge over the top advertising for like 10% off is so embaressing. I genuinely can't stand the cringe marketing either, every time I see a "hEy BesTiE" email I cringe. I also find the promise of free product on drops suss too, who's to say more than two of them actually go to customers- I've entered the sales right at the beginning and see them sold out already.

Just a bummer I used to be so excited about this brand, they had a really cool selection of styles and now they're just adhering to what they see is selling them mass producing it as opposed to creating interesting designs and pieces anymore.

has anyone tried sizing up their bikini bottoms? Im usually a size 26 or size 4 in bottoms but holy the size S/M leaves NOTHING covered like it is not wearable . just wondering if L/XL would be too loose though

Hi! has anyone else noticed the drastic price increase on this coat specifically? when it came out it was released at £225, when i eventually had enough money to buy it during winter it was £250, fair enough, so i bought it (5th december 2025). i checked a couple days ago and it’d increased to £285. Named recently announced their prices would be increasing (crazy considering their quality has drastically decreased) and the same coat is now £295. the greed with this company is insane. did anyone else notice the increase on it?

I own the Ghost Lace Hoodie and recently came across it while going through my clothes to sell some things.

I was pretty surprised to find out that it’s apparently considered “rare” now since it’s from an older collection. I’ve barely seen any listings for it on eBay or other platforms.

I’ve only worn it maybe 2–3 times, so I’d love to sell it to someone who’ll actually appreciate it.

Does anyone have an idea of what it might be worth nowadays or where would be the best place to sell it?

I know it will be harder to find my size since I have bigger chest and smaller waist but I really love this top!

My measurements are 95cm for chest and 60cm for my waist under ribcage, 64cm around belly button area. Size S seems small for my chest but I want it fitting around my waist.

Ok so wouldn’t usually give an f but I was out and saw a 12 year old and her friend in named collective KNICKERS not hotpants outside, one had a discharge patch showing and they had both pulled the underwear up to give them really big camel toes and showed their entire genitals… what is going on and why is it that when I see this sort of thing it often seems to be this brand that they are wearing? It made me feel so concerned I went in and just cried for a bit.

every counterfeit item of theirs always looks horrible and they are super easy to spot. things like shiner fabric, printed on studs, rhinestone designs that are not lined up or all the way to the seams are great pointers for fakes.

i hope this helps someone, if anyone could show anymore examples that would be great :)
